The Tamalpais Shambhala Meditation Group is one of twelve affiliated Shambhala Meditation Centers and Groups organized as Northern California Shambhala.
We are located at 734 A Street in downtown San Rafael, in Marin County, twenty minutes north of San Francisco and east of Berkeley.
The international Shambhala mandala, with over 170 Shambhala Meditation Centers around the world, offers free meditation instruction, group practice and on-going support as well as a range of educational and celebratory programs and events.
